About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side litigation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive courtroom experience, strong litigation skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex personal injury cases through trial.
Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
- Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
- Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Experience handling catastrophic injury and high-value cases preferred.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
Responsibilities
- Lead personal injury cases from litigation through trial.
- Handle complex, high-value personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury cases.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials.
- Develop case strategies and prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout litigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff.
