About The Position

We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urology to provide evidence-based, high-quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart. The role involves determining patient care needs using the Nursing Process as a framework for assessment and clinical decision-making. The Triage RN will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve consistent and positive patient outcomes, provide education and guidance to patients and families, and establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers.

Requirements

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Relevant RN experience Preferred
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
