Job Summary Located at 981 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA, our Internal Medicine/Adult Primary Care practice delivers a full range of preventive and health maintenance care. We not only treat a range of acute and chronic health problems, but we also coordinate our patients’ care when they need treatment by specialists. Did we mention that parking is free at this location? We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Phone Triage RN to support our Wellesley office as well as our Call Center Newton office (95 Wells Ave, Newton) onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Summary Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support in our ambulatory care unit, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
