About The Position

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Triage RN to support their Family Medicine practice located at 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. This role is primarily telephone triage (approximately 90%), with some in-office nurse visits. The schedule is 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one remote day per week available after the initial 90-day orientation period. The nurse will work alongside three other nurses in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

Associate's Degree Nursing required
Registered Nurse Licensure required
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
