Temporary Remote Clinic Triage Registered Nurse - Primary Care
About The Position
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate remote Triage Clinic Nurse for its Primary Care team. The role provides remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to the community. The nurse evaluates patients’ medical conditions through phone consultations, offers immediate care guidance, and coordinates appropriate referrals or interventions. The team also responds to inquiries about medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and other topics. This is a temporary, 13-week assignment at 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday on the day shift. The position is remote, with onsite training.
Requirements
- Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Triage experience.
- Remote RN experience.
Responsibilities
