Triage Nurse - ANC - Skokie
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Triage Nurse for their Ambulatory Network Care (ANC) department in Skokie. This full-time position involves providing nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Key responsibilities include phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and responding to patient messages via NorthShore Connect. The nurse will also be responsible for charting in Epic, the electronic medical record system. The role requires travel to other sites based on department needs.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

- BSN strongly preferred
Responsibilities
