About The Position

Maintains standards of professional nursing practice and coordinates total nursing care for patients with consideration of their specific age needs. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other health care professionals. Responsibilities include but not limited to: triage, assessment, and plan of care for Ambulatory Services. Will legibly document patient assessment and plan of care instructions and/or follow-up with the patient. Will work with multi-specialties to help establish positive patient outcomes through coordinated referrals and continuity of services.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certified.
• Experience in Ambulatory Services or ED required.
• Must be willing to rotate shifts and units.
• Must be able to function autonomously utilizing on-site training and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation, clinical confidence and computer competence.

Nice To Haves

• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities
