About The Position
Nathan Adelson Hospice is seeking Nurses to join our Triage department! The Triage Nurse (RN) provides outstanding patient care based upon the nursing process; assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver in the state of Nevada and possess an automobile that is insured in accordance with Nevada state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order. Must maintain a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice and/or home health experience preferred.
- Hospice and Palliative Care Certification preferred.
