About The Position
Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. This role involves phone triage, managing test results, processing medication refills and prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education/teaching. The nurse will also review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients and chart in Epic, the electronic medical record.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

- BSN strongly preferred
