The Triage Engineering team is looking for an enthusiastic, and detail-oriented engineer to help deliver the next quality release of these products on Apple’s platforms.

Requirements

B.S or M.S in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Ability to utilize triaging, troubleshooting and debugging techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience working with Git or other source control systems
Excellent programming skills in Python, Javascript or other languages
Expertise in using Gen-AI day to day

Nice To Haves

Experience in Swift or Objective-C or C/C++
Experience in building and deploying tools
Understanding of ML/AI concepts and data analytics

Responsibilities

Screen and triage incoming bug reports.
Handle a large influx of reports.
Reduce bug reports to practical steps.
Assign bug reports to the appropriate team.
Screen incoming bugs.
Run a large queue in a timely manner.
Reduce bug reports to practical steps.
Assign bug reports to appropriate engineers.
Leverage programming skills to automate and scale various aspects of triaging to identify critical issues faster.
