The Triage Clinician works as an integral part of Wheeler's Behavioral Health Access Team to help complete the initial intake assessment, crisis assessment as needed, brief intervention and stabilization, as well as clinical and basic care coordination services throughout the lifespan. The Triage Clinician does not have a caseload. The Triage Clinician will foster positive working relationships with clients, families, internal providers and clinicians, educators, and outside key stakeholders and utilize a strength-based solution-focused model of care. The Triage Clinician will use a team approach in working with clients to provide ethical care and support. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on (half upon start and half after one year of service)!
