The Triage Clerk will play an important role in making a difference that creates a safer, healthier and stronger Alberta by putting people first. The Claims Records Services (CRS) team fulfills WCB - Alberta’s commitment to fair information practices. Reporting to the Supervisor, Claims Records Services, the Triage Clerk will be an integral part of the team responsible for reviewing and documenting incoming requests for information from workers and employers. This role will also be responsible for processing employer and worker authorizations, determining the validity of access to information requests, and communicating internally and externally to solve problems.
