About The Position
This position is for a Tri-M Music Honor Society Advisor at Rogers High School for the 2026-2027 school year, for one year only. The advisor will report directly to the Principal and is responsible for scheduling and supervising meetings and activities of the Tri-M Honor Society. The advisor must select appropriate materials and activities, coordinate activities with the school calendar, maintain financial accounting records, and ensure student transportation aligns with school policy. The position requires a work schedule that accommodates advisory obligations without interfering with the regular working schedule.
Requirements
- Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the advisory program at the high school.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.

- Previous advisory experience desired.
- Present employment at Rogers High School preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and supervises meetings, and activities of Tri-M Honor Society on the premises of Rogers High School.
- Selects appropriate materials and activities and reviews them with the Principal for authorization.
- Organizes and schedules activities to coordinate with the school calendar.
- Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal.
- Ensures that students are transported according to school policy.
- Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
