Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of construction, utility, excavation, plumbing, or underground infrastructure experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital job management systems
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Meet company vehicle insurance requirements

Nice To Haves
- Trenchless pipe rehabilitation (CIPP, pipe coating, patching)
- Utility construction experience
- Excavation experience
- Plumbing or drain cleaning experience
- Heavy equipment operation
- CDL License
Responsibilities
- Installing trenchless pipe rehabilitation systems
- Operating specialized equipment, tools, and company vehicles
- Assisting with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspections, pipe preparation, and rehabilitation
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicating with customers and project managers throughout the project
- Completing digital job documentation, photos, videos, and reports
- Protecting company equipment while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Contributing to an efficient, productive team focused on customer satisfaction
- Travel opportunities with per diem available for select projects
