About The Position
Tree House Park is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Treehouse Park Monitors. In this role, you will work directly with children and guests, ensuring they have a fun, safe, and memorable experience navigating our attraction. You will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information, verifying waivers and tickets, and ensuring guests adhere to safety guidelines and equipment usage. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, dedication to safety, and excellent customer service skills. Prior experience working with children is helpful, and candidates must be at least 16 years old with a MA Work permit.
Requirements
- Staff can be 16 year of age to do this position. MA Work permit required.
- Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
- Display good judgment skills in making decisions.
- Must follow company procedures for maintaining a safe workplace.
- Must pay attention to detail and have an extreme dedication to safety.
- Must have a friendly and fun disposition and connect with guests.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children helpful.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with general course information & direction.
- Check guests to ensure waivers are signed & tickets are purchased.
- Observe and assist guests as they maneuver throughout the attraction.
- Verify guests meet the age and weight restrictions of attraction.
- Ensure that guests are using equipment properly and safely.
- Perform retrievals and evacuations when necessary.
- Provide basic first aid care when necessary.
- Ensure that all guests have a fun and memorable experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
