About The Position

Design Tree Maintenance, serving the Phoenix, AZ area since 1995, is seeking a qualified full-time Tree Maintenance Lead to join our professional team. We're also hoping to find someone who's had some leadership experience. You don't have to be a Tree Foreman! Just someone with leadership experience. This full-time position offers competitive daily pay ranging from $180 to $400, based on experience. The Tree Maintenance Lead position is full-time, with work hours scheduled from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM. There is flexibility within these hours depending on job requirements, allowing for some accommodation in daily scheduling. Requirements

3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Strong foundation of knowledge and skills
