About The Position

Are you an experienced Tree Climber ready to lead a crew and advance your career? We're seeking a Tree Crew Leader who can safely oversee tree care operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of professional tree climbing experience
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL NOT required)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

• ISA Arborist Certification support

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a tree care crew on daily projects
• Perform and oversee tree pruning, trimming, and removals
• Conduct tree identification and assessments
• Perform climbing, aerial lift, and ground crew operations
• Install cabling and bracing systems
• Manage tree planting and ongoing tree care services
• Ensure safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and equipment
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain crew productivity
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
• Respond to occasional emergency storm-related call-outs
