Tree Climber
About The Position
SavATree is seeking passionate individuals to join our General Tree Care Team as Tree Climbers. Our mission is to maintain and enhance the beauty of landscapes through expert tree, shrub, and lawn care. As an industrial athlete, you will work outdoors on beautiful properties, applying your expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of our clients' landscapes. This role involves all aspects of tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, while operating equipment safely and providing excellent client service.
Requirements
- Experience with proper pruning practices, including large shade trees and ornamentals.
- Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and their characteristics.
- Ability to climb without spurs.
- Experience with tree care safety standards.
- Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
- Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
- Desire to work outdoors.
- Valid U.S. driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a General Tree Care crew to provide high-quality tree care.
- Participate in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care concepts.
- Safely operate all equipment and perform assigned job tasks.
- Provide excellent service to clients.
