This role involves working with a 2-4 person crew on tree removal, pruning, and preservation. The Tree Climber is crucial for ensuring safe operations, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with the crew, clients, and the public. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in tree climbing.
• Physical ability to climb every day.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques.
• Ensure safe tree operations.
• Maintain assigned equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the crew leader and coworkers.
• Communicate with clients and the public near the job site.
• Be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture.
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Understand aerial lift operations.
