About The Position
Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our Tree Care team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity performing commercial and municipal tree-care work with professional equipment and an experienced crew.
Requirements
- Previous professional tree-climbing experience
- Experience with pruning, removals, rigging, and chainsaws
- Experience operating aerial lifts
- Knowledge of safe climbing techniques and tree-care practices
- Ability to work safely and productively as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- CDL preferred
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals
- Perform rigging for safe and efficient tree removal and pruning operations
- Safely operate chainsaws and other tree-care equipment
- Operate aerial lifts and assist with ground and aerial operations
- Properly maintain tools and equipment
- Work safely and productively alongside the Tree Care crew
- Participate in safety training and follow all company safety procedures
