About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts is expanding in Charlotte and looking for skilled tree care professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for three key roles: Crew Leaders, Tree Climbers, and Groundsman. Requirements

• 2+ years of tree care experience (5+ for Crew Leader)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment use
• Leadership and communication skills for Crew Leader and Climber roles

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with pruning, removals, and cleanup
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools
• Set up safety zones and follow all safety procedures
• Perform aerial tree pruning and removals
• Use climbing gear or aerial lifts
• Work closely with the crew leader and guide grounds crew
• Manage a 2-4 person crew on residential and commercial jobs
• Oversee safety and efficiency on-site
• Communicate with clients and ensure work meets high standards
