About The Position
Crew Leaders, Climbers and Groundsman Apply Today! Joshua Tree Experts is expanding in Charlotte and looking for skilled tree care professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for three key roles: Crew Leaders , Tree Climbers , and Groundsman . Requirements
- 2+ years of tree care experience (5+ for Crew Leader)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment use
- Leadership and communication skills for Crew Leader and Climber roles
