About The Position

For 30 years, Diamond Landscaping has been the leader in luxury residential landscaping for high-net-worth clients, including A-list celebrities and media/entertainment executives, in the Los Angeles area. With a focus on custom installation, meticulous craftsmanship, and long-term maintenance, we create dream landscapes and build lifelong relationships. As a skilled, full-time Arborist/Tree Care Climber, you will report to our Crew Leader, and you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tree care services for our prestigious clients with a commitment to excellence in all areas of tree care. Typical projects include working with equipment and tools to perform trimming, preventative maintenance, removals, climbing, and other necessary landscaping tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Valid California driver's license and able to commute to jobs throughout Los Angeles area

Nice To Haves

Certification Preferred - ISA Arborist, QAL (Qualified Applicator License), TCIA, or CTSP

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with tree care, pruning, removals, climbing, and landscape maintenance
Work effectively with typical industry equipment, including chainsaws, woodchippers, and hand tools; maintaining and ensuring safe environment for customers, other employees, and vendors at all time
Demonstrate a safety-first mindset during all tasks
Climb without spikes (spikes only used on removals)
Provide exceptional customer service, able to build relationships with all individuals on job sites and in our offices, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of tree care and maintenance.
