The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through recommended treatment plans, ensuring clear understanding of procedures, financial arrangements, and scheduling. Requirements

  • 5 years minimum working in the dental field required.

  • 2-5 years experience in customer service, administrative roles, or roles involving patient interaction is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction.
  • The ability to convey complex treatment plans and financial information in a clear and understandable manner is crucial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage appointment schedules, patient records, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing, insurance verification, and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental).

Responsibilities
