About The Position

Konikoff Dental Associates is seeking a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves assisting the clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. The coordinator will guide patients through their treatment journey, educate them on their options, and ensure a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of front DENTAL office experience, required in a dental setting and dental software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
• Collect and process payments for services rendered
• Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth
