About The Position

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide wound and treatment care in a compassionate, faith-grounded setting. The nurse supports healing, prevents complications, and provides comfort to residents. This role focuses on skin integrity, timely intervention, accurate documentation, collaboration with the care team, and education for residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license, or Compact State equivalent.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking ability.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized wound and treatment care with excellence and compassion.
• Assess and monitor skin integrity, identifying concerns early and ensuring timely intervention.

• Document clearly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
• Educate residents, families, and team members on wound prevention and care best practices.
