Treatment Manager - Article 16 Clinic
About The Position
Mountain Lake Services is seeking an adaptable and organized individual with clinical setting experience to fill the Treatment Manager position. This role offers a Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm schedule and is located in Port Henry, NY. The Treatment Manager will oversee the Office Manager and Clinical Therapists to coordinate the provision of all treatments, activities, experiences, or therapies as prescribed through the Clinic’s intake process. This role also involves performing routine reviews of clinical records, providing explanations at the request of enrolled individuals, and facilitating the maintenance of all clinic appointments and clinical charts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education; or a license as a Registered Nurse.
- At least one year experience working in a human services setting within an office manager and/or treatment provider role, serving individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience with billing processes and regulations preferred.
