As a Treatment Family Home Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing stable, nurturing homes for youth with behavioral health needs. In this role, you will coordinate placement services, oversee provider compliance, and ensure quality care across the Northwest Region while building lasting relationships with families, case managers, and community partners. In this position, you will provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Treatment Family Care program serving clients in the Northwest Region. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising treatment family home providers who care for children with behavioral health needs, while ensuring compliance with state licensure, contract, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related human services field OR any four-year degree with two years of qualifying experience OR any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience OR four years of qualifying experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with youth and families
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect check
  • Must complete all training requirements including New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment and Relias training annually thereafter

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and support Treatment Family Home providers, Professional Parent Homes, and Respite Care providers throughout the Northwest Region
  • Coordinate placement of children and youth in approved treatment family homes, working closely with case managers, treatment teams, and family guardians
  • Conduct home studies, background checks, and licensing inspections to ensure providers meet state and agency standards
  • Supervise providers through regular home visits, monthly team meetings, and ongoing monitoring to maintain quality care standards
  • Manage monthly billing to the Department of Behavioral Health and Community Mental Health Centers, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Submit prompt and accurate program reports, including provider billing documentation and monthly/annual program reviews
  • Ensure program meets 100% of budgetary and contractual expectations while following agency documentation requirements
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure provider compliance with licensure, training, and contract standards
  • Serve as crisis backup for case managers for children and youth in Treatment Family and Respite Care
  • Facilitate interagency communication by attending treatment meetings, Department meetings, and individual supervision
  • Provide consultation and education for community agencies by attending events and meetings
  • Follow all agency policies and procedures including emergency and corporate compliance policies/procedures 100% of the time
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
