Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator-Bilingual to join our team! About the Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for new patients and play a crucial role in their journey toward achieving a confident smile. You’ll guide patients through their treatment options, explain financial plans, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience. The goal is for the patient/parent to choose our office after their amazing experience with you as their treatment coordinator!
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and compassionate personality
- Ability to explain treatment and financial details with confidence
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in dentistry/orthodontics and/or sales is preferred, but we will train the right person
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients and provide an exceptional, friendly experience
- Review treatment plans with patients and answer questions clearly and confidently
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
- Coordinate scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the clinical team
- Support practice growth by following up with prospective patients
