About The Position

Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a confident, patient-focused professional who excels at communication, case presentation, and helping patients move forward with recommended dental treatment. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in the patient experience by bridging clinical recommendations and patient understanding. You will work closely with providers and the front office team to present treatment plans, coordinate financial arrangements, and ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout their care journey.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review recommended procedures, costs, and insurance benefits with patients
• Coordinate financing options and facilitate case acceptance
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure treatment accuracy and consistency
• Schedule and manage patient treatment appointments
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the practice management system
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans
• Deliver an exceptional, compassionate patient experience
