About The Position
Concierge Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join their team. This role is part patient advocate and part closer, ideal for someone who is great with people, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping patients commit to care they have been postponing. It is described as a sales role with a conscience. Concierge Dental Group is a dentist-founded, owner-operated group with five modern, fully digital offices in Western New York, utilizing AI-assisted technology and fostering a team with personality.
Requirements
- 2+ years in treatment coordination, case presentation, patient finance, or a comparable patient-facing role with real conversion goals.
- Strong communication skills, able to make clinical conversations feel human and not transactional.
- Comfortable with practice-management software (Open Dental a plus) and financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, and similar).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
- Open to occasionally supporting other offices.
Responsibilities
- Sit with patients after their exam and walk them through the doctor’s plan in language that feels human, not clinical.
- Translate between the clinical team and the financial side, including insurance, financing, and payment options.
- Own the follow-up process to ensure treatment is completed.
- Partner with scheduling to book accepted treatment.
- Manage and achieve performance goals related to case acceptance, scheduled production, and conversion rates.
