In each case, the Treatment Coordinator will ensure that the services delivered both to the target child/adolescent and to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, child-centered, family-focused, culturally competent, strengths-based, and goal-driven.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology or Behavioral Science).
Licensure by state regulations.
Valid drivers license and current insurance.
Two years of supervised experience working with children and/or families.
State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance
Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required.
Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis “on call”.
