In each case, the Treatment Coordinator will ensure that the services delivered both to the target child/adolescent and to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, child-centered, family-focused, culturally competent, strengths-based, and goal-driven.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology or Behavioral Science).
  • Licensure by state regulations.
  • Valid drivers license and current insurance.
  • Two years of supervised experience working with children and/or families.
  • State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance
  • Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required.
  • Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
  • A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis “on call”.
