We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Treatment Coordinator that we will cross train in other areas of the practice, who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while delivering and supporting the highest quality dental care. The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment coordination and getting started in the practice. All Treatment Coordinator complete several weeks of initial and thorough sales training and extensive ongoing training and coaching. Nice To Haves

2+ years successful business-to-customer or consultative sales experience
Experience in dental, healthcare, or fields requiring a high level of empathy is a plus
Experience with Cloud9 is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients/families experiencing dental issues and looking to learn more about our services.
Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations.
Take & present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients.
Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives.
Exhibit empathy, compassion, and conviction when speaking with prospective patients with the goal of helping to impact their lives for the better.
Provide patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education and diet recommendations.
Create a welcoming environment and make patients feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient.
Coordinate needed appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep patients' general dentist informed of treatment plans.
Have ability to advocate for and support our prospective patients comfort to take the next step.
Show confidence and expertise overcoming cost and other common prospective patient objections.
