Requirements
- Comfortable selling the value dental treatment to patients
- World Class Customer Service
- Mastery of dental insurance
- Impeccable organization for record-keeping
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service

Responsibilities
- Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
- Explaining the value of dental treatment and converting same-day treatment.
- Having uncomfortable conversations with patients, and eager to follow up with patients with unscheduled treatment.
- Answering insurance-related questions.
- Record-keeping.
- Being flexible and accommodating with your schedule.
- Maintaining cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service.
