About The Position
Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our team in Austin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment plans and creating a welcoming, supportive experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Dental experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort and trust
- Coordinate appointments and follow up on pending treatments
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Handle administrative tasks related to patient care and case acceptance
