About The Position

Looking for a career that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Treatment Coordinator/ Local Marketing Liaison to join our growing team.Responsible for educating new patients regarding available treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships. Builds brand awareness and drives patient referrals. Calls on healthcare and health-related professionals within a specific geographic area and supports local clinic marketing and community programs and events

Requirements

• Outgoing, Approachable, and Empathetic
• Proactive and adaptable
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate the patient on the plan of treatment and overcome objections
• Understand the practice's policy on working with financials to educate patients on their payment options
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Preparation for patient exams
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary
• Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely matter
• Oversee referring doctor relationships & monthly gifting
• Assists digital content for social media platforms
• Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients
• Support practice's in-office marketing efforts by handling inventory of marketing materials
• Assist with digital advertising through paid social ads and other opportunities
