The Grove Family Dental is seeking a highly motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join its patient-focused team, which emphasizes five-star service. • Dental experience preferred; the employer is willing to train the right individual.

• Three years of dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties.
• Understand and navigate patients’ dental insurance.
• Collect and document patients’ charges and payments.
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the organization.
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be willing and able to step into various roles and take on different duties.
