About The Position

Deliver hazardous chemicals and treat oilfield wells according to customer specifications. Safely and responsibly maintain all equipment required to perform job functions. The role involves driving, treating oil and gas wells to prevent corrosion, paraffin scale, foaming, emulsions, and other issues, and delivering chemicals in a timely manner. Work takes place indoors and outdoors and may involve temperature extremes. Employees must follow applicable laws and company policies, including the drug and alcohol policy, and submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment. Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous oilfield experience handling hazardous chemicals and treating high-pressure wells.
• At minimum, a Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Airbrake endorsements.
• A Class A CDL is required to drive a tractor-trailer combination.
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certification.
• Ability to read maps and follow driving directions.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating a web browser, following online instructions, typing, and using a mouse.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds in various packaging.
• Ability to tip and move 55-gallon drums weighing up to 600 pounds using a drum dolly.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, honesty, credibility, ability to follow instructions, accountability, and commitment to providing service and doing the best job possible.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the company vehicle and equipment.
• Schedule daily routes for treating customers’ wells.
• Treat oil and gas wells to prevent corrosion, paraffin scale, foaming, emulsions, and related issues.
• Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner.
• Properly maintain and operate the forklift, treater truck, and all company equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and field office personnel.
• Maintain the highest level of safety at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local laws; follow the Jacam handbook and company policies and procedures; and submit to random drug testing.
