About The Position

The Treat Specialist at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a delightful experience for our customers by preparing and presenting a variety of treats. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and potentially allergenic ingredients
Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching to perform various tasks

Nice To Haves

Prior retail or customer service experience
