About The Position

Arclin has an immediate opening for a Treasury Systems Analyst. This is a full-time position that will be Hybrid (2-3 Days in office) based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA (North Metro Atlanta Area). We are currently seeking talent for a leadership role in our Alpharetta, GA location. Position Summary Reporting to the VP, Treasurer during implementation, then reporting to the Director of Financial Systems post-implementation, the Treasury Systems Analyst is responsible for the technical architecture, integrations, and system health of Kyriba at Arclin. This role serves as the Kyriba superuser and solution architect, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity between treasury, ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana), banks, and external platforms. This role ensures that treasury systems are integrated, secure, SOX‑compliant, scalable, and optimized to support global cash management, liquidity, banking operations, and financial risk management. The manager partners closely with Treasury, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and external banking partners to maintain system integrity, drive automation, and deliver a world‑class treasury technology environment. The role partners closely with Treasury leadership but does not own treasury policy or financial decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in treasury systems, treasury operations, or financial systems administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with Kyriba (administration, configuration, bank connectivity).
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA treasury related functionality.
  • Experience with bank integrations (H2H, SWIFT, APIs) and payment formats (ISO 20022, BAI2, MT940/942, ACH, wire).
  • Understanding of SOX, IT general controls, and treasury related compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global banking structures and multi entity environments.
  • Familiarity with TMS‑ERP integration tools, middleware, or APIs.
  • Background in treasury transformation, payment hubs, or cash forecasting optimization.
  • Experience supporting cloud based financial systems and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Kyriba Product Ownership & Superuser Leadership
  • Own Kyriba configuration including Cash Management and Forecasting, Cash Accounting, Payments and Payment Factory, Liquidity Planning, Debt Position and Financial Accounting, FX-position valuation and accounting, security, user access, and environment management.
  • Serve as Kyriba superuser and internal SME.
  • Manage system releases, upgrades, testing, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain system documentation, controls, and data governance standards.
  • Integrations & Architecture Ownership
  • Architect and own Kyriba integrations with:
  • ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana, JDE, IFS, Business Central).
  • Banks (SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host, file-based connectivity).
  • Market data and trading platforms.
  • Monitor interface performance and resolve issues in partnership with IT and vendors including ensuring alignment between ERP structures (company codes, GL accounts, payment methods) and treasury system configuration.
  • Ensure scalable architecture to support acquisitions and future systems.
  • Data Integrity & Operational Excellence
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of cash positions, bank statements, payment files, and financial data across all systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with IT, vendors, and banks.
  • Establish data governance standards for bank master data, payment templates, and treasury workflows.
  • Treasury Technology Enablement
  • Lead treasury system projects including translating treasury business requirements into system solutions, new bank implementations, payment modernization, API integrations, and global treasury transformations.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools that enhance treasury automation, visibility, control, and straight-through processing opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics within Kyriba.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance system reliability and support treasury-led technology roadmap initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
  • Treasury Operations Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for treasury users, including troubleshooting, training, and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across cash management, payments, and reporting.
  • SOX Compliance, IT Risk & Controls
  • Maintain a SOX compliant treasury systems environment, including access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and change management documentation.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and IT Security to ensure treasury systems meet corporate IT risk, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing system evidence, configuration documentation, and control reporting.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, AP, AR, and global business units to ensure alignment between processes and system capabilities.
  • Coordinate with banking partners, Kyriba support, SAP teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Support M&A activities, including onboarding new entities, bank connectivity, migrating bank accounts, data migration and validation, and integrating treasury processes. Partner with Treasury and IT to accelerate post-close integration.
