About The Position

three+one provides liquidity and treasury solutions to public entities, including municipalities, counties, school districts, authorities, higher education institutions (public and private), and nonprofit organizations. We serve as a liquidity data partner that helps simplify cash, banking, and investment decisions so our clients can confidently maximize the value of their cash. Our technology and partnership empowers entities to make data-driven financial decisions. We uncover new sources of income and savings for entities looking to innovate and identify new resources for our clients by identifying all cash as a revenue-generating asset. On average, our work leads to 30% more earnings and 73% more cash being invested confidently. Our core services include: cashVest®, a platform for liquidity monitoring and forecasting, rfpPrep®, a digital tool to streamline banking and investment procurement, and muniBank, a banking fee benchmarking solution. Additional tools are currently in development. We're seeking a highly motivated Treasury Solutions Analyst to join our Relationship Management Team and partner closely with our Relationship Specialists (our primary client relationship managers) by providing the financial analysis, market insights, and strategic support that drive client recommendations and long-term success. In this role, you'll help public-sector clients optimize their financial resources by analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing relationship success. You'll collaborate closely with Client Success, Retention, and Implementation teams to deliver data-driven insights that help clients make informed cash, banking, and investment decisions. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical problem-solver who understands public-sector financial management, enjoys uncovering insights from data, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This position will report to the VP of Client Services and support Relationship Specialists and broader internal teams. Travel is expected to be up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: degrees in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology or related fields preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and policymakers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and client needs.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to support Relationship Specialists and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Any prior treasury management/investment management/banking experience is a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of the government and higher education sector is a plus.
  • Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Relationship Management Team by preparing cashVest reports, client materials, and actionable follow-up items.
  • Serve as an extension of the Relationship Specialists by helping ensure timely client communication, proactive follow-up, and consistent support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including relationship activity, client updates, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Provide data aggregation, analysis, and reporting to support client recommendations and value creation opportunities.
  • Assist with RFP coordination, including document preparation, analytic review, interview scheduling, and response evaluation.
  • Monitor financial market trends to help identify opportunities that support client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and financial partners to support data sharing and effective financial arrangements, where needed.
  • Support client retention by monitoring usage patterns, success metrics, client feedback, and relationship health.
  • Support the development of client success stories and value reports that demonstrate impact.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, marketing, and professional development events.
