About The Position

This position provides support to internal and external users of electronic banking and treasury management services, including but not limited to online banking, mobile banking, automated clearing house (ACH), bill pay, remote deposit capture (RDC), positive pay, sweep services, credit card servicing and operations, and account analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and interprets policies, technical procedures, and governmental regulations to ensure compliance
Maintains portfolio of treasury management accounts, remote deposit capture, and wire origination limits and manages and posts related fees
Trains and provides ongoing support to new and existing treasury services customers, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Prepares forms and reports, product agreements, procedure manuals, annual ACH/RDC reviews, and other business communications
Provides document control and retention services, ensuring their completion and accuracy
Processes and maintains credit cards accounts, including booking new credit card accounts and ensuring accurate system setup
Posts and reconciles credit card payments
Provides customer service support for credit card products
Troubleshoots credit card related issues, including working with internal teams and third-party vendors as needed
Reviews credit card reports for monitoring activity, exception tracking, and potential fraud activity
Assists with credit card administration, including system updates, maintenance and enhancements
Supports audits, reviews and documentation for all department related products
