About The Position

The Treasury Services Manager supervises and regulates cash management activities in the department. Supervises product development and related activities to ensure current and efficient products are available to customers. Oversees product profitability for the Cash Management Department. Plans, develops and monitors cash management product lines on a regular basis; studies product enhancement, continuation or deletion options to enhance profitability for the financial institution. Supervises department staff, recommending training, conducting evaluations and assisting in overall staff growth and development, as appropriate. Regulates product setup and operations. Conducts research to determine use of or need for new and existing products in the financial institution's market area. Assist in development of department goals and budgets, and in writing short and long term product plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • 10 years previous relevant experience
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Basic keyboarding and calculator skills
  • Must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
  • Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
  • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
