About The Position

The Treasury Sales Coordinator provides dedicated sales and operational support to the Treasury Management team, serving as a hybrid sales assistant and portfolio manager. This role supports new account opening for commercial deposit and savings relationships, manages day-to-day treasury servicing needs, and partners with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) to prepare client-facing materials, reviews, and presentations. The Coordinator is often a client's first point of contact for routine requests, making responsiveness, accuracy, and relationship awareness essential to the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial deposit operations, or a related client-service/sales-support role
• Strong working knowledge of commercial deposit account documentation and account-opening requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort building polished client-facing materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines/requests simultaneously
• High attention to detail, particularly with account documentation, pricing, and client data

Nice To Haves

• Prior treasury management or cash management experience (ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit)
• Familiarity with core banking systems and treasury platforms
• Experience supporting a commercial banking or relationship-management team

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening commercial deposit and savings accounts, including documentation collection, account setup, and coordination with Operations/Compliance to ensure accurate and timely onboarding
• Prepare and track new account paperwork, signature cards, resolutions, and treasury service agreements
• Support implementation of treasury products (ACH, remote deposit, positive pay, wires, etc.) for newly onboarded clients
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of treasury clients, supporting the TMO in day-to-day account maintenance and servicing
• Monitor account activity and flag issues, opportunities, or service gaps to the appropriate TMO
• Maintain accurate and current client records, service agreements, and pricing schedules
• Respond to client requests related to treasury services — user access, limit changes, reporting setup, troubleshooting, and general account questions
• Coordinate with internal partners (Operations, IT, Compliance, Deposit Operations) to resolve client servicing issues promptly
• Escalate complex or time-sensitive issues to the TMO as needed
• Prepare annual and quarterly account reviews, including pulling activity/fee data and formatting review packages
• Build sales presentations, pitch materials, and proposals for prospect and client meetings
• Assist with pricing analysis, fee schedules, and ad hoc reporting requested by TMOs or clients
• Support call preparation by compiling account history, product usage, and relevant financial data ahead of client meetings
• Maintain pipeline and calling-activity tracking tools in coordination with the broader commercial team
• Support internal reporting on portfolio performance, cross-sell opportunities, and service-level metrics
• Assist in maintaining procedures and documentation for treasury onboarding and servicing workflows
