This role is responsible for developing and implementing onboarding and training plans, coaching and mentoring team members, and overseeing daily operations. The position collaborates with the TM Director of Sales & Relationships to create and implement a regional sales plan, leads sales efforts, and ensures team accountability for revenue and profitability targets. It involves identifying prospects, assessing needs, recommending Treasury management products and services, preparing proposals, and providing ongoing support. The role also focuses on developing referral programs, sales incentives, and training for Retail and Commercial associates, representing the division on task forces, and participating in community and professional events. Ensuring adherence to compliance standards, developing and reporting on sales plans, and assisting with product innovation and implementation are key aspects. The position drives utilization of products like Business Online Banking, ACH, Merchant Services, and Positive Pay, leads merchant services for the division, and contributes to fee revenue growth. A significant part of the role involves managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure strong relationships, retention, and achievement of sales targets. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, and applying them to daily tasks is crucial. Delivering a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned.
