We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Treasury Operations to support and execute our global treasury operations. This role will be responsible for executing daily treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, and will be supporting system enhancement and maintenance of our Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity), while ensuring strong controls and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring solid knowledge of treasury processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and 170,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CTP or MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury systems
  • Experience with FIS Integrity or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to support banking relationships and coordinate agreements
  • Understanding of FX risk management, intercompany funding, and global cash management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to align treasury operations with the company’s long-term goals
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute global treasury operations, ensuring efficient daily cash positioning, reconciliation, and liquidity management
  • Support short-term cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity and ensure sufficient funding for operational and strategic needs
  • Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize idle cash balances
  • Execute intercompany funding activities and settlement, processing of payments, wire transfers, and treasury transactions across all entities and regions
  • Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of letters of credit and bank guarantees to support business operations
  • Support the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements
  • Support banking relationship management, including coordination of banking terms, credit lines, and fees to optimize cost savings and improve service delivery
  • Partner with procurement, legal, and business teams to support trade finance activities and mitigate risks
  • Support the enhancement and maintenance of FIS Integrity (Treasury management system) to automate and streamline treasury processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics
  • Support compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements outlined in loan agreements and credit facilities
  • Monitor for potential covenant breaches and escalating issues appropriately, working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
  • Monitor counterparty risk and ensure proper diversification of cash holdings
  • Provide guidance to treasury team members, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, FP&A, and tax teams, to align treasury activities with broader financial objectives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on cash, liquidity, and risk management
