About The Position

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to help build the systems, workflows, and controls that allow Treasury to scale. This role combines hands-on treasury operations ownership with process design, automation, and technology-enabled execution across cash visibility, payments, bank account management, forecasting support, controls, reporting, and operational readiness. The role will identify manual pain points, define process requirements, improve data quality and cross-functional handoffs, build AI-native workflows, and create repeatable operating rhythms that reduce key-person dependency while preserving strong human oversight. This is not a pure execution role. While the role will support daily treasury operations, its core mandate is to improve how the work gets done: better workflows, cleaner source data, stronger controls, faster exception detection, more scalable reporting, and more effective use of technology to support Treasury as a whole.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations, treasury systems, or a related operational transformation role.
Strong treasury operations experience across cash management, payments, bank administration, reconciliations, controls, and multi-entity environments.
Demonstrated ability to build, automate, or improve operational workflows in a high-growth or complex environment.
Experience using AI, workflow tools, data tools, treasury systems, ERPs, bank platforms, or automation to improve operational scale and control quality.
Strong process-design instincts: you can map current-state workflows, identify failure points, define requirements, and build practical improvements.
Sound judgment around payment controls, bank access, auditability, confidentiality, segregation of duties, and human approval boundaries.
Comfort moving between hands-on execution and systems/process improvement.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to turn complex operational issues into clear procedures, decision records, and action plans.

Responsibilities

Own core treasury operations across cash positioning, payments, bank account management, portal administration, forecasting support, close, and FBAR preparation.
Build scalable workflows and automation for request intake, approvals, payment tracking, bank account changes, KYC follow-up, access reviews, evidence collection, and issue resolution.
Translate recurring treasury processes into clear requirements for tools, dashboards, trackers, AI workflows, and system improvements.
Identify manual pain points, duplicate work, control gaps, data-quality issues, and key-person risk, then design process or technology improvements to address them.
Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, AP, Payroll, Legal, Engineering, and banking partners to improve handoffs, source data, reporting, and operational visibility.
Use AI, workflow tools, treasury systems, bank platforms, ERPs, and data tools to improve monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, exception detection, and management-ready summaries.
Maintain strong human accountability for payment approvals, cash movement, bank access, settlement confirmation, control evidence, and exception resolution.
Build and maintain SOPs, controls, KPI reporting, dashboards, trackers, and audit-ready documentation across treasury operations.
Support new entity launches, M&A integration, banking architecture changes, and business launches by creating repeatable operating playbooks and scalable system workflows.
Coordinate day-to-day execution for intercompany funding, settlement activity, investment operations, letters of credit, guarantees, treasury close, and related accounting handoffs.
