We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury Manager who will oversee daily liquidity, optimize cash resources, strengthen financial controls, and modernize treasury operations across our growing portfolio of entities. Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive experience in treasury operations, cash management, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, payment processing, reconciliations, and treasury controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, banking portals, payment platforms, Treasury Management Systems, and ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across departments, and execute with accuracy under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
• Experience within hospitality, vacation ownership, real estate, or another multi-entity environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor, and manage daily cash positions across multiple corporate and operating accounts while maintaining sufficient liquidity.
• Execute intercompany and external cash movements, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, cash concentration, and internal funding activities.
• Maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts incorporating receivables, payables, payroll, operational requirements, and capital plans.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve treasury workflows, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and scalability.
• Develop cash and liquidity reporting that provides leadership with actionable insights for investment, financing, and strategic planning decisions.
