About The Position

Flexport is seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee global treasury operations and help optimize the company’s financial resources, liquidity, and overall financial health. The role covers cash management, financial and market risk management, forecasting, reporting, banking relationships, treasury systems, and team leadership. The manager will analyze financial data, support strategic decision-making, ensure accurate and compliant reporting, and lead and mentor treasury professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 8 years of treasury experience.
Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Treasury Management (CTM) or similar.

Responsibilities

Manage global cash positions and optimize cash flows.
