About The Position

The Treasury Management Support Specialist serves as a key support resource for Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Branch teams throughout CSB's Lowcountry Region. This role is primarily responsible for providing operational, implementation, onboarding, and servicing support for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposit products. The Specialist works closely with internal partners and clients to ensure a seamless customer experience, timely product implementation, accurate setup and maintenance of services, and ongoing support for Treasury Management solutions. While supporting regional deposit growth initiatives, this position's primary focus is client service, operational excellence, and relationship support rather than direct sales production. Travel throughout the Lowcountry Region is required.

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Treasury Management Support or Commercial Banking Support are required.
  • Advanced computer skills required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new and business software.
  • Proficient with Fiserv, TM and other bank systems is required.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of all required compliance training such has BSA, Information Security, and other job specific training as assigned.
  • Complies as required with relevant Bank policies and procedures related to BSA, including accurate and timely capture of CIP, Customer Due Diligence, and Beneficial Ownership data, as well as informing management and the compliance team of suspicious activity and increased risk related to specific clients.
  • The responsibility to acquire and maintain the required knowledge of State and Federal Banking regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial Bankers, Private Bankers, Treasury Management Bankers, and branch personnel throughout the Lowcountry Region to provide implementation, onboarding, servicing, and operational support for Treasury Management products and services.
  • Support the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of Treasury Management solutions for existing and prospective clients, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the implementation process.
  • Assist Treasury Management Bankers with proposal preparation, pricing requests, product documentation, client follow-up, and other administrative and support activities related to treasury services.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal partners and external clients by responding to service requests, inquiries, maintenance needs, and technical issues related to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Process, validate, and maintain Treasury Management product setups, maintenance requests, documentation, system access, and related records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, including documentation collection, service implementation, system setup, and training for Online Business Banking and other Treasury Management services.
  • Serve as a service contact for clients by performing account research, account maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products, digital banking services, and operational processes to effectively support client needs and internal business partners.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Bank's products, services, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests and delivery of high-quality service.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attendance, and accountability.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and maintain customer confidence by conducting business in a professional and secure manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence by representing the bank in a positive manner, maintaining confidentiality, answering various questions and conducting business in a professional manner.
  • Complete all mandatory training sessions as required by management.
  • Comply with bank procedures and follow regulatory, operational and security guidelines.
  • Contribute to the bank team effort by working on special projects and reports, performing other job-related duties, at the discretion of the Regional President.
